Fall

I love fall. It's always a busy time but I'm busy with things I love: my husband, vegetables, farms, riding. I love the cooler weather and sunny days with practically no humidity. These are the reasons I haven't written lately. I have plenty I could blog about but life is just so rich right now, I just don't feel like telling the stories, I feel like living them. There is plenty of time all winter for sitting in front of the computer reaching out to the far corners of the earth (or so I like to think...).

So, I'm still around and I'll be posting something worthwhile soon. I broke a couple ribs a few weeks ago, Brumby's rather dramatic way of saying he did NOT like the new riser pad we were trying out :-/  (I will elaborate more soon). Aside from that, our progress has been very good.

Talk to you soon!

I like fall too - it will be beautiful out in our barn area soon... Only problem with fall is the big fat spiders. *shudder*

Oh no - broken ribs? Was that on the day I saw you? Yikes... hope the pain is manageable and/or going away quickly. Looking forward to hearing what you have been up to.

Fall is pretty awesome! This year will be my first living in an area where the leaves change. I am stoked!

Yeah, it was that day. I'm doing much better now, the first 2 weeks were pretty brutal. I didn't skip a ride though! We have so many spiders showing up inside right now it's crazy. But I make the husband get most of them...I pull the "I had to battle earwigs all summer..." speach and it's working well for now ;)

Golden, I hope it's a spectacular fall for you. It's my favorite season! And trail rides in the fall are the best - not too hot, no bugs, and beautiful colours!

Fall is my favorite season too. So enjoy! You are right; we'll all have time to catch up on a lot of things when winter hits.

Sorry to hear about the ribs. I agree with you that when the weather is this nice we should all be out living life instead of writing about it.

Couldn't agree more about the autumn. I feel I have to cherish every day with nice weather, because soon the tough part of the autumn will be here with darkness and rain...

Hope that you are on the mend with the ribs. Please share the story when it suits you.
